Community Hospital Reduces ED Length of Stay using TRIZ Innovation Tools

It was identified that a lack of coordinated, effective communication between the hospital’s emergency and ancillary departments was increasing ED patient LOS. NOVACES facilitated a TRIZ Innovation workshop to stretch the minds of participants and guide them in reframing care coordination of their patients.
