NOVACES is a leading provider of continuous process improvement (CPI) consulting and training services. We deliver Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints consulting and training to clients in the private and public sectors. By leveraging over two decades of applied research expertise, we are able to provide clients with leading edge solutions that produce breakthrough results.

We offer different levels of services to address the various needs of our clients:

• Business Transformation - A complete continuous process improvement (CPI) program, incorporating methods such as Lean Six Sigma and Constraints Management, that begins by defining the roadmap for implementation, establishing the required infrastructure, conducting essential training and setting the path for self-sufficiency.

• Existing Program Support - Enhancement of an existing program, including integration of Lean, Six Sigma, or Constraints Management methods. This may include the need for additional leadership training, apprenticeship for Master Black Belts, project mentoring progams, or advanced skills training.

• Project Support - Support on a project-by-project basis in an enterprise that is short on resources but has immediate process improvement needs in which our experts can facilitate improvement workshops or lead projects.
